Oh my god, you have to watch 'Monkey Dust' on channel 4, it is completely spot on! Ooh, it's so good and it is rare that I appreciate satirical material as I feel too ignorant to appreciate it at the level it is designed to be appreciated at.

Today and every other day at work I have become increasingly exasperated with the customers at work for their paranoia regarding our security guard. Ok, we do not automatically print off our receipts unless it is to the customers wishes but the number who say...'ooh, I best have it just in case I get stopped!' or 'well, I don't need it unless you forget my face if I get arrested!' or 'well, I'll take a a bag' when they buy chewing gum. How has our country got to this point where the majority live in fear of the most obvious signs of surveillance, oblivious to the fact they are monitored most of the time. It's completely irrational, especially as we don't live in a country with penalties such as chopping hands off for stealing offences. People live in fear of social disgrace but life's too short, relax.

Red Dwarf, how amazing is that?! With lines such as 'you're tighter than an Italian waiter's kecks' I must say that my upbringing on this and The Young Ones was ideal. Oh and Last of the Summer Wine but no-one else watched that in my family, I just liked it because they called people plonkers and I could say that when we watched football, i.e 'Robson you plonker/plank[delete where appropriate] why are you passing to him??!!'. Oh, me brother has just reminded me, 2.4 Children was another great, no wonder I am such a wonderful person!

Yesterday I had onion breath after eating a burger, today I had curry breath funnily enough after eating a curry. It seems food determines the nature of my very existense and reminds me of my mortality.

My parents come back from holiday soon, I must tidy.
